Help Form Strong Disciples in Nepal

A 36-year-old man gradually descended into madness, neglecting his family and drinking so much he often slept on the street. Attending a native ministry’s church, the gospel sank deeply into his heart, and he met with the pastor and put his faith in Christ. “I am very thankful that God has given a new life to a dead person like me, and now I am telling the Good News to many people through my life testimony,” he said. Workers sharing 6,859 tracts have continued to share the gospel in spite of legal restrictions and other obstacles. They need donations to proclaim Christ and strengthen the faith of those who commit to the Lord. Pray the Lord’s protection over workers.

Help Bring the Message of Eternal Life in Ghana

Many times a church pastor had shared the gospel with the hard-drinking, womanizing husband of a member of his congregation, though the man showed no interest. When the 42-year-old merchant had a heart attack, the pastor organized congregational prayer during his 10 days of hospital care. Continuing to share Scripture and pray for him after his recovery, the pastor led him to Christ. The man stopped his prior habits and has led two of his friends to faith in Christ. Native Christian workers need donations to share the gospel with such people and provide biblical grounding for growth. They request prayer for the salvation of more souls and the planting of more churches.

Help Plant Gospel Seeds in Syria

In a country in economic shambles from war, workers providing aid and emotional support have many opportunities to share Christ. A Muslim woman who regularly visited a home fellowship often disturbed services, but then one evening she admitted she was in spiritual bondage and needed prayer. After they prayed for her, she said she wanted to become a Christian, and she gave her life to Christ; she now hosts a new Bible study group in her home with six other women. Workers need donations of $50 or $100 to plant gospel seeds and form such disciples. Pray for support and spiritual renewal for workers facing the same bleak realities of a war-ravaged country as those they’re serving.

Help Spread the Gospel in Indonesia

Workers from a native ministry shared the gospel with 17,201 people over the course of six months and planted 46 house churches as 743 people put their faith in Christ. Among them was a mother of three children in her mid-30s who was contemplating suicide after her husband tried to kill her because she asked him to end an affair with another woman. Before she could hang herself, she heard a voice telling her to go to a building that she later learned belonged to the ministry’s church; a worker counseled her, and she gave her life to Christ. Donations are sought for such gospel work. Pray that new churches will grow strong in unity and glorify the Lord.

Help Refugees to Recover in Spain

Refugees from war-ravaged regions of Africa, the Middle East and Ukraine obtained crucial assistance from Christian workers at a native ministry as it opened 12 new refugee centers over a six-month span. Trafficked women from Russia received rescue and aid. A trafficked refugee the ministry helped to escape from an organized crime ring recently succumbed to cancer, and her parents and aunt were so moved by the ministry leader at her funeral that they put their faith in Christ. They became the first volunteers for the ministry’s new outreach to refugee orphans and grandparents. The ministry needs donations of $35 or $70 for such compassionate aid for refugees. Workers request prayer for the Lord’s protection.

Support Kingdom Expansion in South Asia

A church pastor with a gift for touching people’s hearts with the gospel recently visited nearby villages and shared Christ continuously. Many people hearing his message immediately accepted Christ as Lord and Savior. The Lord also worked through other workers, giving speech to a young mute woman and bringing peace of mind to a mother whose nervous disorder had left her unable to eat, sleep or work. Both put their faith in Christ. Donations of $25 or $50 are sought for workers to share the gospel and nurture the faith of new Christians. Pray that all barriers to workers sharing the gospel would be overcome.

Help Send the Message of Redemption in Argentina

Native Christian workers are finding creative ways to bring the message of Christ’s salvation to women through such activities as conflict resolution workshops and breakfast meetings with non-Christians. One of the ministry’s congregations held a recent evangelistic event where 50 children and 20 adults heard the gospel and received biblical literature. The ministry recently mobilized its main church to fan out in the streets of Luján with the gospel, and 20 people put their faith in Christ. Workers need donations of $25 or $50 to share the gospel and disciple those who believe. Pray that new Christians will grow in knowledge and love.

Equip Gospel Workers in Türkiye

A native ministry’s rehabilitation center welcomed four new residents last year – two alcoholics, a drug abuser and an internet addict in his early 20s who was incessantly playing computer games. Initially he was withdrawn, rude and suffered insomnia, but now he no longer plays computer games, his sleeping disorders have disappeared and his health and manners have improved. “He asks a lot of good questions during morning devotions and is eager to know more about God,” the ministry leader said. Donations are needed for such evangelism needs throughout the region. Pray workers will be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

Help the Poor and Hungry in Kenya

Drought devastated the country last year, and native Christian workers helped hungry people to survive, providing thousands of liters of clean water and bags of dry corn, along with corn flour, beans and cooking oil, among other foods. This year many are again hungry as Kenya suffered its sixth straight failed rainy season, and native ministries are again meeting the needs of desperate people with the resources available. “Many folks are in dire need of food, as one region has received little rain, and others not even one drop yet,” the leader of one ministry said. Donations of $35 or $70 are needed to provide such aid. Pray that souls will be redeemed as lives are saved.
