A 33-year-old man well-known in his ethnic community for mistreating and abandoning his family wanted to take his own life and continued rejecting the gospel and a local missionary’s other efforts to help him. Recently he began a saving relationship with Christ that has transformed his life; he shares his faith at every opportunity. Local missionaries began planting several churches as they distributed 6,000 Bibles, along with 500 audio Bibles. They need donations of $60 or $120 to proclaim Christ and follow up with new Christians. Pray for the Lord’s protection over local missionaries in areas where rival tribes are engaged in violent clashes.
