They prayed for the woman’s husband, who had long suffered mental illness, and he was healed and also received Christ.

An addict spent literally all of his money on drugs and alcohol and beat his wife before native Christian workers shared the gospel with him and prayed for him for many days. “He totally surrendered his life to Christ,” the ministry leader said.

A refugee mother showed up at a European ministry’s offices needing medical help, and soon workers discovered that her husband was physically abusing her. They helped find shelter for her and her children and assisted her in obtaining legal services.
